Participants of the CWSF 2009 will be staying at one of three residences at the University of Manitoba

- Each room includes the use of:

- Twin-sized bed (mostly double rooms)
- Desk, chair, and bookshelf
- Closet or wardrobe
- Electric fan
- Free Internet access (Bring your own CAT5 cable!)
- Shared male washrooms & shared female washrooms on floor (Don't forget your towel!)
- Communal lounge outside of room
